I am in desperate need of 3 11.5 gram packs of safale s-04. Rehydrated mine and nothing is happening. Don't think I used too hot water but I could have. Anyone one in the Sacramento have some they could sell tonight? Got 20 gallons of American IPA screaming for some Yeast. Thanks

When you rehydrate, nothing really happens except that the yeast turn into a slurry - you didn't add sugar, correct? If that's correct, the yeast wouldn't have anything to eat up or start to ferment, so there would be nothing to see.
