I have a SNPA clone in the primary fermenting with Wyeast 1056.

SWMBO wants an American wheat beer. My question is would it be OK to rack the wheat onto this yeast cake? Thanks for your suggestions !
The only thing that I would be concerned about, is that the SNPA clone is a heavier, bolder beer than the one you want to put on the cake. I'm sure it would be fine, but don't be surprised if the taste isn't quite what you expect. SNPA is a much hoppier beer. All that said, if I were in your shoes, I'd give it shot. Why not, no matter what, you still make beer!
