What do you guys think about 1338 European Ale in an Irish Ale? I don't have any pacman left and thought I'd grabbed a 1335 British Ale II. I could go back and get that or an Irish Ale but thought I'd give it a try.

I'm not worried about a real slow start or low attenuation. Not worried about malty. I did read that it gives off a very complex flavor, and wondering how that will do with:

9lb Bries Pale
.5 Carafoam
.5 Crystal60
.25 Special B
.25 Roasted Barley

1oz Kent Goldings 60 mins
1oz Fuggles 15 min
1oz Fuggles 2min

Is the Irish Ale from the north? You could have problems if it is. Go for it dude just like your Sex Ed teacher told you "its ok to experiment.."

Yeah, i'm def going to use it, was just wondering if anybody had any opinions mostly. It's not a comp brew so i'm not worried about brewing to style, but it doesn't look like this would take me out of style. never used this strain though
