I brewed a belgian style dubbel sunday using this yeast with a fairly large starter. Started at 1.080 and <48hrs in I'm at 1.014. Hydro sample tasted boozy, but its far too soon to judge this beer.

Anyone else have this experience with 1214? In my brewing experience ive never had a beer attenuate this quickly and im a bit worried.

Ha! You worry to much. As long as your temps were good, this just means you had a good ferment and nothing to worry about.

In my experience with 1214/500 it has been pretty quick. I used it alongside wlp550 on the same wort and it was done in only 3 or 4 days, while the 550 was still chugging along.
Why would you be worried?
