WTB CO2 tank and reg, also need advice

So I am interested in buying a 5# CO2 tank and regulator for my newly built kegerator.

So I have a guy that has an aluminum tank and reg that he used once and wants $90 for them,

I could get those for $110 shipped to my door. The advice I need is this, should I purchase one of these or is there a better place I can purchase these?

How many kegs do you have/plan on having? Seriously consider buying a secondary regulator or a way to provide gas to multiple kegs.

My kegerator is already built. I have a secondary CO2 regulator. I am going to have 2 kegs in the kegerator.

I have looked all over CL and I have found a few people, but since I am in California most of the CO2 regs are bubble counters with 20+ lb tanks for hydroponic growing.

The guy that is offering me the slightly used tank and reg was a CL find.
