I have read that the fermentation process of a lot of different yeasts put off a strong sulfer smell. My WLP 380 took off overnight (I brewed last night) but this morning, while still "boiling" the krausen is completely gone and to be honest, the gas coming out of the airlock straight up stinks. I know I am not infected (probably the cleanest beer I have brewed to date) and am confident it is simply the yeast, but was wondering about the particular strain.....
