Wow is nottingham fast or what?

I made a batch of the Centennial Blonde using Nottingham. I bottle, too. That batch was grain to glass in 11 days. Fully carbonated, no "green" flavours.

I am not saying this is normal, but it happened.

This recipe is only 1.054 SG so not real strong, also not a complex recipe so it is great drinking "green" as some would put it.
