They also make a 27 gallon one. If we're wishing, let's wish big ! You could run between 20-25 gallons in that thing. That's a fairly good amount of beer. It sure would cut brewing days back, but bottling day would be pure Hell !

I'm waiting to get the 14 gallon one. When I finally get the equipment for ten gallon batches (bigger mash tun,brew pot, propane burner, etc.) I'll spring for the conical fermenter.
