Woudl this work as pat of a DIY glycol chiller?

Says it goes down to 37° and is good for 12 gallons...

were talking about 1-2 gallons of glycol... Seems like it would work.. but wanted to run it by you all first.. and see what you thought.

It almost certainly will not work. It appears to be either using a simple fan (air chiller) or a piezo-electric effect (piezo chiller). Neither of which are sufficient to chill that much water to 37.
