Hi
I did my mash the night before my boil to save some time. I tasted the run offs tonight in the pot and it tastes abit sour and nutty Will this go away with the boil and hops added etc....
Or have i done the wrong thing....

The bad news is no it will not go away. The bacteria in you mash have had time to make it a sour mash. The good news it will still be beer. Some sour beers are very good so just boil add hops ect. and see how it is in a couple of months.:mug:
