Its been about twelve hours since i pitched 1056 in a black ipa i brewed i just checked and breaker had popped and its around 55 degrees i am warming room now do i have anything to worry about?

55 should be fine, the yeast will generate their own heat once they start eating sugars. It might take a couple extra hours to kick off but you haven't stunted them or anything you should be concerned about. RDWHAHB
