Wow! this is a fast fermenting lager yeast.
I pitch 6 days ago at 48°F, fermented the first 3 days at 51°F. At this point it was at 50% AA. I then ramped to 53°F for the next 3 days. Checked today and it 3 points from final gravity.
12 days is a fast ferment for most lagers, 6 days and it's almost done.
I'm very impressed with it as a fermenter, let's see how it tastes.
