So I'm making a german bock recipe I have not attempted yet which was recomended as a lager with white labs 833 german bock yeast.
I was looking for any good recomendations on an ale yeast substitute. I have used WLP29 in the past for a substitute for a pilsner that came out great. Should I stick to that or is there a better yeast selection I should know about?
