Ok....trying to get this over the top.

As a newbie guess I'm into everything cider at this point....and having a limited edition cider strain available seems pretty dang cool. Just placed my order....but at this point still 62 orders away from release. Let's get this bad boy released already!

Yup. Been waiting for this as well. Nordic blend too. It's just as well this is taking a while. I have enough varieties now to keep me busy for a few years......

I'm skeptical the "vault" yeast will make all that much difference; my (non scientific) experiments have indicated the choice of apples, degree of ripeness, the conditions they are grown and techniques used will make or break the quality of cider.
But, having said all that, I may jump on the bandwagon and order some, but not until next fall.

I've been waiting since 100 or so. Hope it keeps OK in the fridge, it'll be for November 2018 cider now.

I figure if it takes another month or two to reach order level, and then people make a starter from it at some point in the weeks/months after receiving it to increase the number of cells, no problem with an 11 month (probably more like 7-9 months between production and November) total timeline.

Only 17 orders needed to get 773 out of the vault. Let's do this people....go order a vial or two.

Also...fyi from White Labs...

773 will become available as a seasonal release for retailers/homebrewers, but that will be in September of this year.

Right in the middle of my cider season! I am very happy about this. Other than I think I may run out of fermenters next fall....
