Wife is otherwise occupied for a few hours, so I decided to throw together a quick brew this afternoon. Mashed 7# of 2-row, 5 oz. of Flaked Oats, and 1/2# of 40L at 154 degrees. Add 10 oz of roasted "caliente" peppers from the Mile High Flea Market at flameout, and pitched WLP670 Farmhouse blend at 65 degrees. Let ferment and age for about 4 months and see what I get!
