Had an imperial wit go from 1.070 to 1.012 in 8 days. Had a half lb of specialty malts and mashed at 150F. Fermentation at temps were held at 62F for the first 2 days, then raised up to 65-66F for 2 days. Then held at 68F.
Slarkin Thanks I have confidence it will handle up to 1.080 just fine. I was just wanting feedback on what others have had experience with. White labs had it as going up to 8 or 10% I think. Thanks
