I have used this yeast before and don't remember this smell. I made a starter last night and have it on the stir plate and today my entire kitchen stinks of sulfur from the starter. Going to brew tomorrow and I am now wondering if I should use this starter? I know if can be a normal off gas the dissipates over time, but never had a starter smell up my entire kitchen?

Any thoughts?

Yep, that's a Hefe yeast. I just brewed a Hefe a few weeks ago with Wyeast 3068 (Weinstephan) and the airlock smelled like sulfur for days... Beer turned out awesome.
