So I bought some Coldsnap to fuel yesterday's brewday. SWMBO took one sip and immediately commanded me to make something similar immediately. Being the loving husband that I am I agreed to her demands. I've never formulated a witbier before so I was hoping for some feedback or suggestions.
1 lbs 8.0 oz Rice Hulls
4 lbs 12.0 oz Pilsner
4 lbs 12.0 oz Wheat Malt, Bel
60 min single infusion medium body mash
0.25 oz Hallertauer (Boil 60 min)
0.75 oz Hallertauer (Boil 30 min)

0.50 oz Orange Peel, Bitter (Boil 5.0 mins)
