Here are the stats, via Brewing with Wheat:
OG 1.051
ABV: 4.8%
AA: 73%
IBU: 12
Malts: Pale, oats, unmalted wheat
Spices: Coriander, orange peel, lemon
Hops: Hallertau
Yeast: Wit
Pitch at 60F, rise to 75F for 4-5 days
You can probably figure out the recipe, but if you need help, let me know.
