Now that we are coming to the end of summer I was wondering what recipies homebrewers would like to brew for fall and winter. Yes I know its still hot (insanely so here in Texas). Are there any new styles for the up coming seasons that you would like to brew? What ingredients make it into your cold weather styles? Is there a particular brew you would like to see a clone recipe for?
