I am looking to make a from concentrate red wine. Can I use my filtered tap water out of the fridge door to reconstitute this concentrate for wine? My water quality is great I live out in the country were water is plentiful and cheap. The water quality is excellent and taste better than what you could buy in the store. What does everyone think should I use store bought spring water?

Thanks guys I just didn't know if any of the added chemicals would make a difference such as fluoride and chlorine. It taste good just didn't know if that would affect it.

I also live in the country and have a very high quality well water. I have never had an issue with any off taste or odor when using it to reconstitute a wine kit.

The older I get, the more I travel, the less I know.
