I began cold crashing 2 beers today (01/01/13), one is a Belgian Triple brewed 12/1/12 (OG 1.086) the other is a Pilsner brewed 12/12/12 (OG 1.043) If I rack them both into kegs tomorrow (01/02/13) will they be ready to drink Monday (01/07/13) that's only 5 days but I sure would like to have them both on tap for the Alabama / Notre Dame BCS National Championship game. What would be the best way to make sure they're ready?
