Hey guys, so yesterday I brewed a slightly altered version of biermunchers centennial blonde ale and pitched a 1 liter starter of white labs lacto B. The beer came out at 1.045 and 20 ibus. The lacto starter started fermenting within 12 hours and has a nice krausen with a pretty vigorous looking fermentation going on. After doing some reading, I realized that lacto doesnt like hops very much, so I go to thinking that maybe the 20 ibus will inhibit the lacto, leaving me with a not-very-sour beer. Even though the lacto kicked off very fast and is going strong, could I still wind up with a hardly sour beer? I plan to wait 7 days until I pitch some US-05 or nottingham on that bad boy. Any insight on what I should expect would be much appreciated! :tank::mug:

Brevis is suppose to be more hop tolerant but I don't know it's limit. I think you'll be fine because that's not a lot of IBUs and it is showing signs of activity. Brevis hasn't let me down yet.
