I keep reading where lemongrass is anti-fungal, anti-septic, anti-whatever, so I was wondering if might have some deleterious effect on my SCOBY. Has anyone tried it? Will it be too oily for the SCOBY? This would be from fresh, homegrown, homebrewed lemongrass.
