I really don't understand why there is no talk about home distillation allowed. Up untill just recently homebrewing beer was illegal in Arkansas. Did you ban users from there? There is nothing illegal about talking about distillation theory. Do you think that homebrewing beer would be legal at all if people didn't talk about it? Censorship is not the answer. Now I don't advocate people going out and selling homebrewed beer or distilled liquor but making it at home why the hell not.
 
You honestly don't understand why? You can't hazard a guess?

Hint: the word "felony" is involved.
 
It is not a crime to TALK about something. Also it was a felony at one point to homebrew beer.

I am not talking about allowing the sale of home made liquor, beer or wine but the same way we make beer and wine for home consumption why can we make spirits?
 
There are other forums dedicated to distillation talk. You wouldn't go to Americanmusclecartalk to ask about changing spark plugs in your Honda would you ?
