I saw some recipe of Orange Apple and Carrot and ... wines that they chop and boil and strain for making must .
Why they don't use juicer ?
What will happen while boiling ?
I wanna use it as base wine for distilling .
 
You can use a juicer. Juicers are not very efficient, so you're going to want to squeeze the left-over stuff to get max extraction. Boiling fruits with pectins causes them to set and can cause clarity issues and other dangerous chemical issues with other processes on which I will not elaborate.
