Just when my CO2 bottle is getting low. I'm already paying too much for a refill.
Some peeps here are capturing the CO2 from fermentation to purge kegs, and with a top draw we can sugar prime a keg, and serve it leaving the yeast on the bottom, so just need to use a small amount for serving kegged beer. I mostly bottle prime and mostly use the kegs for events.
