I made a beer that is good enough to share.

1st, thank all of you for the education on fermentation temperature control. That, I think was my major difference between good beer and just barely drinkable beer.

My attempt was to clone ***** Creek ESB

I only made a gallon but will be making 5 more this weekend

1lb light dry extract
.17lb caraaroma
.13lb caramunich
.2oz cascade pellet 60 min
.2oz cascade pellet 30 min
.2oz cascade pellet 3 min
.1oz amylaze enzyme after 3 days in primary

Primary 3 weeks
Bottled 3 weeks
Refrig 1 week

Now it is awesome.
