Who is the MAN today!? (TRIPLE AG day..)

It was just going to be one (really darling!) I finished up my first ever lager... set it in the basement windowsill... and started thinking "All my stuff is out ANYWAY... and I've been wanting to try the 'impatient man's lambic-ish framboise'" (Besides... the gf loves fruili and floris... this would actually be GAINING brownie points... right?)

Got that in the can, but it has to sit overnight before it gets the boil... the night was no longer young, but I still had the inkling... and by now I was not in the good books anyway (SOON we will have a garage for brewing instead of the kitchen...) ... so yours truly tackles a third beer in a day. Whew. Just had to tell someone. New record for me!

(... you could split hairs and say it's only 2 and a half today, with the lambic-ish needing attention tomorrow... but hey... I'm still proud.)

(Bed time now. Hmmm... the couch is free...)

Out of curiosity, what was brewskie #3?

I didn't go for 4... sleep and sanity prevailed. #3 was a brown ale... even by the end of that I was noticing my technique suffering...

I still need to find a source of good, pure strawberry or cherry juice to add to the fruit beer when the time comes...
