I finally did mine today. It was a partial mash with single temp infusion and the LME was hopped Euro Lager from Cooper's. I've given up on decoctions, and trying to cool wort to lager temps w/o top off water so I made a lot of changes based on the level of ease.
I suspect primary to be 1 week @ 52F, then d-rest 3-4 days or however long FG takes, then a lagering period for 2 months and I'll still have time to gas it up for September.
