White Wheat Malt 10% Grain Bill, Hulls Needed?

Hello All,

Do I need to add rice hulls for a partial mash with white wheat malt at 10% of the grain bill?

I think that depends on your equipment, I use a converted keg with a false bottom and I have never used rice hulls and have never had a stuck sparge. Adding some wont hurt.

It depends on your system. If you're using a bag for the grains, then no. A false bottom? Probably not. A braid? Maybe.
