So planning for my next brew I want something suitable for summer (if we have one this year) and rather than brew another big IPA or a pale ale both which I have ready to go I thought I would go for a white IPA.

Deschutes Chainbreaker seems to be well cloned, so I am going to use that as a template. However as usual I don't agree with there hop bill, I want to go big on tropical fruits and so include Galaxy and Mosaic as my flavouring/aroma hops.

I also don't want it quite as big, I want a to be able to drink a few without falling over, making it more of a Wit pale ale.

Thoughts? I am considering dry hopping as it all about the aroma with this one.

Edited for English measurements

Definitely dry hop! Sounds good to me but I have to mentally make assumptions to convert to English units.

I updated the post

If I dry hopped, which I probably would I'd go 1/2 oz mosaic, 1/2 oz galaxy
