Hey guys,

I'm on day 4 of my fermentation and it says this yeast works best at 68-72 degrees Fahrenheit.

Well first few days was at 72 and we've had a cold snap and the temp in my house is always at 68 in winter.

Well I've noticed that the closet doesn't hold heat well. The thermometer on the sides say it's 66 in my wort but it's falling still but very slowly. So I put a blanket around it to try n keep the temp from falling more.

At what temp should I worry it's too cold?

If it gets below 58 it will be too cold. I always wrap my fermenters with a towel/blanket. You can also set the fermenter on a regular old heating pad and set it to low. But check it once in awhile to see how warm it's getting.

I try to keep my ales right around 65 degrees.
