I read the info on the white labs site and the optimal fermentation temp was 68-73 degrees. This seems a little high to me. I'm sitting 64 degrees. Not worried but White Labs should know. Right? Sometimes I wonder?

What is your experience and best practice?

64 is great. You can take WLP001 down below 60 if you really want and it's plenty clean, whereas US-05 will get a little fruity at around 62. WLP001 will be perfectly clean up to 69 or 70 in my experience, but I've never gone warmer. I'm using WLP090 now which really likes it right at 68F and that's working amazingly well for me.
