I have a cherry lambic in the secondary which now has formed a white crust on top of the beer. Is this normal for this style since two wild yeast strains are used? There are no pretty colors and I have not tasted or smelled it yet. Thank you for any information. Ron

I'd love to see it (probably others would too) but even without im 99% sure that based on the fermentation, style and yeast going on thats its a nice pellicle forming on the top of the carb boy.

Lucky :)
