Making my first porter, and I smoked a pound of grain, so it might even be a smoked porter. It's John Palmer's recipe in how to brew. I'm making 10 gallons, splitting the batch, and pitching two yeasts.

For one batch I'm pitching Nottingham. For the other I have coopers, sf-04, and sf-05.

Thoughts?

IMO, the S-04 would be the most appropriate. I used Wyyeast 1968 in a porter and it was great.
