I started a beer kit last night - it's Export Pilsner, by the brewery Black Rock. It's supposed to be a "traditional crisp beer in the pilsen style". Unfortunately the yeast isn't moving. It was inappropriately stored for a while, so it is probably dead.
I live in a country without home brew shops so I have to now pitch one of the yeasts that I have already. Which one should I try? I have -
Youngs All Purpose Red
Youngs All Purpose White
Youngs Cider
Lalvin K1 V1116
Lalvin 71B 1122
Lalvin D47
Fleischmann's bread yeast
