Which one of the "Can you brew it" recipes shall I go for?

Hey guys

I am looking for some recipes for several styles that I havent brewed yet...
I am wondering if some experienced brewers who have brewed beer from the "Can you brew it" recipes, could recommend some to me.

I am looking for:
-APA
-AAA
-IPA
-Porter
-Stout
-Saison

I'd like them to be moderate in alcohol and IBU. (nothing extremely crazy....this is mainly valid for IPAS to be honestly.....)

Nebraska Brewing Cardinal Pale Ale

abv of 5.6% and IBU around 30
