I made up this SMaSH recipe and it turned out delicious but I'm not sure what category it falls into. In my software I put it in as an ordinary bitter. Any thoughts on what kind of beer this is?

Any thoughts on what kind of beer this is?

On paper it's a SOB but does it taste like one? You didn't mention at all how it tastes(delicious doesn't count for BJCP). Sample it against the commercial examples listed if it's important to nail down the style category. Are you interested because you want to enter this beer to be judged?
