So I have harvested yeasts for the last few beers I've made (Oatmeal Stout, Kolsch, Belgium Triple and cream Ale) with good success. It has been quite a bit of fun and even started to create a small yeast bank for freezing.
Now I'm making Denny's Wry Smile RIPA and was wondering if there are commercial beers that I could harvest Denny's Favorite 50 (Wyeast WY2450PC), American Ale II (Wyeast Labs #1272) or American Ale (Wyeast Labs #1056) Yeast-Ale.
