The 15 minute addition is leaning more towards flavour than aroma, I would keep it rather than moving to 5 minutes.

Wow. I'm going to rethink giving any more orders to NB.
I've always been very impressed with the mail order service I've gotten from them, but ever since the news broke on the hops shortage, I've started to wonder about them. I've noticed that they seem to be really hurting in that department for awhile now.
