where to store my grain and extract

I have some lme and crystal malt grain and might brew it up for a few weks,

Where should I store it???

Room temp??

Refrig??

Freezer??

My LHBS stores grain at room temp. I store my grain in a chest in my basement.
If you dont keep the grains in a closed container itmay attract mice. I assume the grain has not been crushed. If the grain has been crushed I'd use it ASAP. I don't know much about LME but I think you can store it at room temp

Im pretty much a newbie also.

I have crystal malt which I store in a cool dry place. But its crushed. Its been there for atleast 3 months and is half full but sealed the best I could.

Is that not going to be good for brewing now?

Keep them both in the fridge - especially the LME

Freezer is the best for any long term storage.
