Does anyone know where I can get Spitzmalz in the US? I know Weyermann makes it, but Crosby Baker doesn't seem to carry it.

Spitzmalz is undermodified malt (~30% SNR) that I'd like to mix with Pilsner Malt when doing a classic triple decoction. It serves to compensate for the high modification if modern Pils malts.

You might try Northern Brewer or B3, I think in the past one of them carried it. I wouldn't be surprised if Weyermann doesn't import spitzmalt to the US. Flaked barley is a decent substitute.
