I have had a bad cold for about a week and a half.

I'm going through tissues like crazy. Today, for lunch, I had some Indian food with a little spice to it and now Im going through tissue after tissue and sweating through the top of my head.

Why does my body think it needs this much muccus?!

I just discovered the neti pot. Give it a try. Very interesting and effective to say the least.

No bro, forget the pot.... Use there rinse kit... It's better. I have been a martial artist and a bit of a daredevil all my life so I have had quite a few injuries. I had my nose broken about six times in my life and because of that I have a bunch of scar tissue and crushed up cartilage in the sinus areas, Because of this fact sinuses are absolutely the biggest pain in the ass for me and I can barely ever breathe when I wake up in the morning. NeilMed (Who I believe makes that NetiPot) Also has a sinus rinse kit. Get in the shower with the sinus rinse kit and use that and it will help you a lot more then the Netti pot
