Where can i get simcoe hops?

Im trying to make a 60 minute dogfish head clone and the recipe calls for simcoe hops, but I cant seem to find them anywhere. I asked the guys from midwest supplies and they said they dont get them in until November. Anywhere I can find them? or a good substitute?

Brewmaster's Warehouse.com has them for $2.15 per oz but they are whole leaf.

there is a big shortage of simcoe but my lhbs has them. i picked up a lb just to be safe.
