When to move to fridge for Saint Patrick's Day

I have a Porter(4-5% brown/robust porter hybrid) I brewed for the holiday, 5 weeks in primary, and now it's been in bottles for 9 days.

If I wanted a 6 or 12 pack ready to drink on the Holiday, when would suggest putting them in the fridge?

Basically 25 days to divide up, how many days in the closet, how many days in the fridge.

The rest will probably sit in bottles for a month before going in the fridge for a few weeks.

Sounds about right to me. Maybe let it sit overnight in the fridge.
