Most of my cider I don't use sugar to bump the ABV, but this year I will on a couple carboys.

My question is this, is there any urgency to add dextrose with the yeast, or is it fine enough to let it bubble a way a few days then add the sugar? I say, that as I haven't picked up the sugar yet. Any problems with adding the sugar a week or two after pitching the yeast?

I think it'll be ok to add it later. It should be fine.
