When do I add yeast energizer and yeast nutrient(DAP)?

I have never used this before. I know the amount to add just not when to add it to the beer.

if your making beer you don't need the DAP. if your making mead you need to add DAP. not sure about cider or wine. for beer add the energizer and DAP at knockout. if your making mead add more at 1/3 sugar depletion.
