When did you really find out what RDWHAHB means??? I just brewed a Belgian double that I thought was going to taste like crap.. I live in Florida and when I was fermenting the temps were very high 70 73
then a cold front came in and the bottling temps were 59 65. So I cracked one open today and OMG it tasted great!
The OG was off and the FG was off too. I decided not to ask questions and just let it ride and that was the best thing I have done.
So for everyone that is new , please dont worry what you are doing it will taste better than a Bells, Flying Dog or anything else that is in the cooler at the beer house because its yours!
