I'm planning on brewing up a wheat beer tomorrow with a buddy. Looking for advice cause I think its might be to much of something or Ive screwed up on it at some point

This is what I was planning on, its a little scaled up from a brewshop recipe:

hops
1.5 oz Strisselspalt 60 minutes
1 oz Strisselspalt 30 moinutes
.5 oz Striss. 15 minutes
.5 oz Striss 5 minutes

Bring 1 lb. Flaked Wheat to 170

6.6 lbs Muntons Wheat extract

1 packet dry yeast. Danstar brand Munich brewing yeast?

Any advice would be appreciated

I was also thinking of doing 1 week primary, 1 secondary, 2 bottles. Could it use more?
Sorry if these are dumb questions, Im still new to all this

Looks pretty hoppy, but if that's what you like go for it. I would probably add a pound of pale wheat malt or maybe white wheat malt. If you want it to have a bready wheat flavor add some red wheat malt.

Normally I would say you could skip secondary and bottle early with a wheat, but with that amount of hops it may need a little longer to mellow out.

right on, what would you suggest for a scale down on the hops? Also if I save some of these strisselspalts what could I use them for?
